I bought my Keyone through Axiom Saudi on sep 2017. For past 6 months ear piece not working during calls most of the times and sometimes it is OK but on loud speaker it is OK. I contacted BBM mobile and they replied international warranty for BBM mobile in middle east is 12 months but I bought it through Axiom and they offered 2 years warranty. I contacted them for repair in their show room and they advised me to come back after 2 weeks. They returned the mobile without doing anything. Finally I came here to get the solution please advise.

Go back to Axiom and ask them to really fix it. It's an issue with the hardware.
