My DTEK app literally shows my o.s being compromised all the time. Even after factory resetting the phone, updating stock apps, and downloading trustworthy apps from Google play it gives me this message. I don't think it's possible to use my KEYone without DTEK showing this. Any fixes or is this a common thing?

my dtek app used to show everything as excellent, now it shows OS compromised! any fixes anyone knows? has doing Factory reset fixed this for anyone?

Mine was fine today until the app was updated. Compromised yet again. I've factory reset my phone far too many times since getting it because of this app. All I use are trust worthy apps from Google play and absolutely no games. What a pain.

this error has been in the app in a previous version, it is a bug, was fixed in an update but somehow reintroduced

same as all the rest - DTEK shows POOR - "operating system Integrity" reset, showed fine for a week, then back to POOR with same msg. When I reset took me hours to put all my icons back in the same way I like them and other resets (keyboard shortcuts, apps, etc.) The hell with it -- I stuck the icon in a folder I don't use very much. Sad BB can't fix it. Their "sell" was DTEK as the reason to go with BB versus Samsung.

Haven't had any issues with Dtek at all. It's useful in that I can use it to remind me of the different ways to protect my BlackBerry and manage the different app settings and permissions. I just changed my "secure startup" setting and only even thought about it because I opened Dtek.

I have Sprint as my carrier and I am wondering if the DTEK issue is because Sprint added a bunch of junk to the phone in the OS. Anyone else have issues with other providers?

No one or few question/s DTEK app in whole, it's very useful and (beside not listing google/bb apps) very good at setting permissions or reminding of general sec settings.
But the OS integrity check part reported too many false positives in the past and doesn't tell what is wrong exactly and only solution given is factory reset.
