    Ask your local phone shop.

I did and was waiting on answers hence my question to the CB community.

One place did reply finally - this is Toronto, Canada - cost is $180 and is done in about 20-30 mins.

I've seen a couple of KEYᵒⁿᵉs being done for about $130 CDN. $180 seems a tad high, but maybe the screens are harder to source.

No as CrackBerry has nothing to do officially with BBMo in this regard.

I'd be tempted to let BBMo Support handle it... as several have got their repairs done for free. But those were not clear cases of user's fault, and it's not something you can count on.

I'd call them and if they quote anywhere close to the local repair shop... I'd go that route.

If memory serves, you open a ticket and have to send in for quote. At this point, I’d go that route before that option disappears.
