This has probably already been discovered but I believe there is a reason behind the "double typing" of words when swiping up on the pkb on the KeyOne. I couldn't figure out why, when I was so proficient at swiping up on the PRIV with no duplicate words, why it was happening on this KeyOne. One person commented that they heard it is possible you swipe up too far and actually touch the suggested word above the Keyboard too - which results in a double type. Well, in comparing the pkb of the PRIV to the KeyOne, it is obvious there is a lot of space between the top row on the pkb and the capacitive area on the PRIV. That extra area is probably probably why I never experienced the double typing. I hope in any later pkb phones, BlackBerry Mobile considers somehow adding this space or reconfiguring the capacitive area somehow to help us avoid this.

Ha - I see I had a double type even in my posting. It's so annoying.

I think that was a case of "doubled letters?" In this case, the entire word is doubled, like:

I get it but I have lessened it by being more careful with my upward swipe.

The suggested word can be chosen by swipe or touch. If the swipe is quick and ends on the screen, both variants are triggered, the word appears twice. Try to end swiping or lift the finger before reaching the screen.
