See the attached image explaining when this issue occurs and how to replicate it - I know what the error message says but I have never encountered such a zany issue before on a cellphone. Is TCL,BBMobile, RIM, BlackBerry, or the carrier T-Mobile the one to resolve the issue o_0?

I've got the same scenario here on T-Mobile US

I was able to connect to the persons VM after disabling VoLTE. Really trying to wrap my brain around why that would make a difference but I'd love to see if this fix works for others experiencing this issue, then we can get BBmobile/BB to fix the behavior.
