Yes, it does. It's quite visible in pictures of the phone, right next to the back camera lens.
Yes. For the rear one anyways.
I don't think the selfie camera has one.
Most do, but there are actually some that don't.
The front facing camera uses the screen as a flash and actually works quite well,,,
the keyone uses the screen as a flash for the front facing camera. it's pretty bright too. I also believe that the dtek 50 and dtek60 does this for the front facing camera.
The dtek50 has a front led flash that doubled as the notification led actually...
