I used to love the word substitution or text substitution feature on the blackberry classic/bold whereby it could include a list of items on different lines etc. It was very useful in sending out event agenda to my clients and I really miss that feature as I use it alot in work.

e.g.
to substitute typing :
seminar2017

to result in>

Venue: XXXXXX
Address: XXXXXXXXXXX
Contact person: Tom

This was possible in older blackberry and please tell me this works for Keyone
