Not unless it's imported, I think.
Are you talking about the dual-sim part and/or the tweaked antenna part and/or about the black KeyOne in entirety (with single sim)?
Black KeyOne will get launched outside India eventually:
https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...lands-1117838/ (together with the BBmobile message about the IFA Berlin: https://twitter.com/BBMobile/status/894891494334545920). From the looks of it, it could happen with dual-sim. At least in the EU. Fingers crossed.
The dual sim/different spec part. From what I can tell North America is getting a paint job only.
BlackBerry Mobile is holding an event at Berlin IFA in a few weeks, where they'll probably say nothing specific just like the last time they had an event.
The recent event in Beijing certainly looked like something important was happening, but then I don't understand much Mandarin Chinese. Let's hope Kevin has at least some news to eventually report about it.
If there is one thing without a doubt then it's this LOL. Knowing RIM's/BB's/TCL's rep by now:devil:, at most we'll probably get a half-hearted attempt to vaguely announce future plans about a future announcement of that device and its specs LOL. Being located in the EU, I don't have high hopes to have that device in my hands before Christmas/Late Spring-Early Summer 2018.
He already reported about it through one of his other channels: https://www.instagram.com/p/BX036BuDooS/
I honestly dont care about the black. the 4gb ram is intriguing (tho thus far everyone says it makes no difference). the dual sim is beyond desireable. I would love that. any type of antenna tweek would be welcome too. the reception issue seems real based on reports.
I personally like the Black, but I don't care about Dual Sim and if the substitute the SD card for SIM card then that's not really a selling point for me. Yes 64GB is nice but I'd rather have the SD card slot to put my 128GB SD. As for the 3GB vs 4GB RAM though its nice, but not a huge selling point for me. Cause at the end of the day if I wan't a Performance Smartphone then the K1 is the wrong phone! The K1 was never marketed as a Performance Smartphone.
Dual-SIM... nope.
yeah I know dual-sim is a no go with carriers here... but if its sold directly by tcl and amazon etc seems like it would be ok? id consider importing from europe... india just seems like a bad idea for warranty issues (especially considering its not tcl there)
I switched to tmobile a year ago but my service is awful. ive kept a minimal att line I dont use since then. would love a phone that could use both. would be game changing.
A different color doesn't really make me want to buy another KEYone. Especially since Mr. Mobile said there really isn't a difference in speed of the device with the 4gb of ram compared to the 3gb version. I'm hoping a full touchscreen with awesome battery life like the Moto Z Play comes out soon. I'm getting 10 hours of on screen time with the GSM version I just bought. An I'm constantly watching videos, playing transformers, and using Facebook messenger.
Exactly! meh on the dual Sim, it's just not needed in NA!
Totally agree!!!!

Have you ever been to rural America? I'm sorry it's just necessary in this day and age of connected data. At least where I frequent.
I'm in Canada with Rogers Wireless and they have an inter connect contract called roaming extension whereas you'll access Telus and Bell Towers in areas with low RW coverage and it's free! Telus Bell ,d Rogers now shares towers for the best coverage posibble!
So for us RW peeps we don't need dual Sim it's not necessary!
Doubt our FCC will ever pass that. In some regards certain carriers hop off each other's networks though. We just don't see the carrier we hop onto being displayed. Just that we're roaming on our original network.
