Just Upgraded my Classic to the Silver KeyOne on TMobile in the US and although the keyboard is a lot better that the priv was, it's not half as good as my 2 year old Classic.

Some Posts here suggest the Black Edition is better with more 'click' feel or is it a subjective improvement?

Is it worth paying the extra for the Black Edition to get a better keyboard or no significant difference?

    Thanks in advance!

I thought it was pretty good, better than my S7 edge's keyboard cover but not as clicky as the keyboard on my Pearl 8100.

My exact thoughts when I got in on launch. Compared to my passport and classic it is mushy.

My Passport is extremely mushy. Keyone I just got very clicky and tactile. I wonder why no one Else, complains. I'm a good typer. I'm not going back to correct this remark.

I would say the keyboard on my Space Black KeyOne feels anything but mushy. there is a definite click to each key and they feel springy and responsive. leagues better than on my old Priv.

    Thanks for the feedback!

So what's the consensus on the Black Edition KOne? Still a mushy feel or closer to a passport or classic?

the black edition seems clickier than my silver one, for sure.

then again, it could just be because I haven't "broken in" my black one much yet, as I just got it a couple weeks ago and had my silver one since June.

My black edition Keyone's keyboard does not feel mushy at all. Probably has the best tactile feedback I've felt on a keyboard since the 9900.

The black is clicker and the keys have better brightness than the silver.
