    Does someone has a solution
    - trying to update the Whatsapp I fond that the update is not working
    - Test with many other Apps have the same result

    I may have a wrong setting of parameters ? Does someone has an idea how to fix.

    What settings or parameters have you adjusted?

    Delete the app... and delete any files or folders on your phone with "whatsapp". Reinstall the app and set it up..... if not working, provide us a clue to how it's not working.
