Is there a way for me to connect my KeyOne to view what's on my Keyone and move things around? I used to do this with my Passport. It was fast and simple to use my smartphone like a thumb drive. when I try to see the content of KeyOne from my pc, I see nothing. I removed password protection so that shouldn't be an issue.

Did you pull the notification shade down and choose to use as a drive or whatever isn't charge?

I think that I may have stumbled upon the solution. When I choose charge and data files, there is a window that pops, if I choose transfer files, I can then see both my internal storage and SD card and all of the folders and files within them. I'm able to move my files. Hallelujah!

It wasn't but I think that it was because I wasn't choosing transfer files from the menu that popped up. When I do that, I see them.
