I found it on the back sticker of the device that you peel off when you first open it up. It's on a white strip underneath the visual instructions of how to insert your sim.
I know the Priv has this and the DTEKs don't, but, with the phone off, press and hold Volume Down + Power. There should be the usual boot menu but with text in the corner with boot options; navigate to "Barcodes" and see if there's one for manufacturing date. Otherwise, it should be the date on the sticker on the box/back of the device.
