Hello, Recently i have bought blackberry keyon. im from pakistan and used Blackberry q5,q10 then classic. but when i bough this phone iam facing a problem in microphone while speaking on speakerphone. My voice is not going to another. I have read many answer on this crackberry, i have found that there is problem going on same to other user also and this problem is solved in the version 8.1,
So my question is could i get update to 8.1?

I would dial *#2886# on your KEYone and then hit "MANU" and then go to "Audio" and see if you can hear all the sounds.

This should confirm if the issue is hardware related or not

I have already tried this. And all things are working perfectly. Even I'm just facing this issue in video recording and speakerphone mic

That device was built specifically for the Sprint network, and represents one of the two devices left (2 out of almost 70 variants) that can't be updated to Oreo. The other is a variant from Indonesia.

Your Keyone is a USA Sprint variant - CDMA. I found that you could update them using a Global modem to regain signal back. Here is the autoloader https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...patch-1173379/ That autoloader has (the CDMA version) has the global modem as default. You can update with that one and report back. There is nowipe option. The only problem with that Autoloader is that it has no Google certification for Play Store and Google Pay.

That will work for the unlocked Verizon version, but not for the branded Sprint version.

Just do a factory reset on your current device to see if the issue clears up.

Otherwise, if you insist on wanting another KEYᵒⁿᵉ, get a BBB100-1 or -2.

You don't get it. Is in Google side of things and is not something you can attain on the side or ask for. But unless you use Google Pay, you really don't need it. Google store will work. Some other autoloader (firmware versions) may be certified.
