I recently got a KeyOne. I plugged it into my Windows PC via USB and moved some Word files to it, as I have done many times with my BB Classic. It did copy the files over and I could open and read them on the KeyOne. But it ignored the folder structure; they had been in five folders but on the KeyOne they are all in the Documents folder. Can this be avoided?

What method did you use to copy them? Content Transfer? Manually just using Windows File Manager? Copy the FOLDER and subfolders in one move?
