I do not use Convenience key to mute my microphone.
Can I set it?

Go to Settings>Convenience Key

Simple as that.

I know it. I have set CK for BB Launcher. But I prefer to set for "no action" but I did not find to set it.
But I have problem in phone app.
When Phone app is working and "by mistake" to press Convenience key, the key switch off microphone. Can I set it? Pls see attachment.

I think this has been asked. It's standard BlackBerry feature during calling to mute and also $ key to turn on speaker. These are not customisable during call.

Those with BlackBerries loved it. You'll get used to it after a while. I hardly hit it. Just like the keyboard, you'll develop some muscle memory.
