Hi all - I'm newbie here - life time blackberry user and have used the forums many times to resolve issues over the years so thanks!

I have an issue with my KeyOne - have a number of contacts that are on the handset but not in the phone book. EG: if I type a name from the homescreen I can find a contact and dial/email/sms/whatsapp/viber them but if i go into the contact app they are not there. My Key2 is ready to go but I can't use it until I transfer all my contacts. I've searched the forums but can't see a solution. Can anyone help?

There are two contacts apps available
in the Blackberry Contacts you can merge the Contacts onto the Google Contacts. Click each contact there is a merge select option
You might have an option in your app that can select favorites or all

Hi - thanks for your reply. This hasn't worked for me - I get even less contacts in the Google app. Does anyone have any other ideas?
