    Hi guys,

    If I purchase it from amazon.co.uk or cpw today, will I get a improved keyone that have more glues under the screen? It's the only concern I have right now. Thanks

    For the UK, these two are probably your best bet. Carphone Warehouse have assured me (and others on here) via customer service channels that they are selling the upgraded handset which fixes this issue; Amazon have sold out and restocked many times now, which points to a similar progression. As an aside, it's clear that support from BlackBerry Mobile when problems arise in the UK is more challenging than the warranty operation in the US.

    Send an email to TCL on Amazon I did and they said I would receive the new batch of devices.
    I am in the states and TCL is the vendor selling the new devices on Amazon
