My coworker who has an Android powered Samsung Edge has the ability to drop another call if they don't pick up while attempting to conference, add an existing call on the other line into a conference ad-hoc with me while I am on hold.

I ask her what phone app she is using and she is saying just the default. She is on Verizon as am I. What gives?

I cannot answer a call that beeps in on me and join that call, nor simply hang up on a call I am attempting to conference in if they don't answer etc.

I have to wind up terminating the entire call and hanging up on everybody and calling the original Caller back. Is anyone else experiencing this or am I doing something wrong? I remember on BB7 I could do all of this, then when BB10 came out I was told Verizon didn't support it on BB10. Well, bow we are all on the same OS so this doesn't make sense.

We are a corporate plan so I have all the features that my coworker I mentioned has. My phones were in order BB7, RAZR, Q10, Classic, KEYone.

You reckon it could be the crummy stock phone dialer app that is included on the KEYone?

Ok I tested it according to page 21. I got on a call, added a call, merged and all I have on the screen for options are: Dial pad, Mute, Add call, speaker and Bluetooth. There is no "Manage Conference Call" anywhere. What's up with that?

Your keyone must be provisioned for HD voice over lte in order for these options to work. if your phone drops to 3g when on a call that is your problem. This only applies to Verizon GSM carriers have this option by default.

Denise in Los Angeles is your phone provisioned for HD Voice? I am not getting these options, and you mention "slide" in your reference to the screen. I have no sliding keys only buttons on the default phone dialer. Perhaps you have a different phone dialer?

I am on T-Mobile. I assume I have HD voice, but I do not know where to check.

I did a test conference call and once I take the first call off hold and merge it to the second call, then there is a "manage conference call" on the screen. Since you didn't get that far, did you merge your two calls?

Yes Denise I can merge the calls but never get that "Manage Conference Call" seen in that screenshot
