For the last few weeks I have noticed my keyone not charging or holding charge well. Only seemed to like rapid charger, sometimes wouldn't charge unless it was off, ect. Well today the back cover separated exposing a swollen battery. Called BB mobile and they are repairing it no questions asked. Already have the emails for shipping. Great customer service. But this is a heads up to those who's keyone had the same symptoms as mine. Suddenly shorter battery life, wouldn't go into battery saver mode and charging issues.
