    I was charging my keyone last night and after five mine, the USB c head and the bottom of the phone got scorching hot. I quickly unplugged the charger to let it cool downed and there is a burnt smell. When I tried to charge the phone again after it cooled, it can no longer charge.

    Anyone encountered this before? Is the situation dangerous?

    It sounds like dangerous ... it can cause a fire
    Please contact BB Service immediately.
    It may be a bad battery.
