    No, it will not. At least not properly. I'm not sure why you would ask. If you are on GSM there is a good chance that will be the first unlocked device released. If they do release at the same time, still no reason to buy cdma version if you are using a gsm carrier.

    Yeah, GSM will be more readily available and more likely to drop in price first.

    The GSM side of LTE capable phones are always unlocked for CDMA phones so yes it will work with GSM for the given bands of the device. The only issues I've come across is sometimes you'll need to manually configure the APN for the GSM sim. Since band 17 is missing on the V2 version I wouldn't buy it for use on ATT, you won't get coverage in all areas, it will be able to use all the Tmobile bands.

    So CDMA works perfectly with Tmobile? I got cricket wireless (at&t) and cdma options are always great to have because I can switch back and fourth with verizon sim card.
