No problems after install. Let's hope this keeps up and we don't have a 6 month quiet period again.

Certainly not the ideal. Ironic that the Sprint device gets multiple security updates between VZW updates. you'd think Big Red could do better.

At this point it looks like it's over for both....

In US, Amazon has the BBF100-2, I believe.

I'm here and I've been under the impression only through higher priced 3rd parties and intentionally mislabeled Optiemus versions. Either way, if you get actual -2, some have reported using SIM from a VZW LTE only certified device and then dropping into Key2 BBF100-2 with success.

I'm about done with BlackBerry. keyone is all but worthless and becoming a pain. sent in for repairs and recently it hardly boots up without being low on memory. I want a phone that just works without all the bs. very disappointed in the past year and a half I've had this phone.

Sorry to hear that. I have had a few problems here and there, but it has been pretty good except when my employer switched to MDM. It has gotten slower, lags, and can't handle more than one or two apps open.

I'm using both of my KEYones, 3/32 as primary and 4/64 as secondary testing out T-Mobile coverage as I do every year around the summertime.

I really don't notice that much difference and my 3/32 is 90% full. The point is that when you purchase a KEYone, or any other BBMo hardware, you're buying midtier. You're also buying Android so expect two year obsolescence. That's Android unless you pay extreme Android flagship pricing for a third year of usability.

At those flagship prices, consider iOS hardware as well. Now that iOS has midtier hardware, that's another option. Regardless, BBMo hardware isn't the cheapest or the best overall hardware. It's the best PKB hardware available though ; -)

I thought we already knew that when the rest of us got Oreo and VZW/Sprint users kept Nougat for themselves or are we referring to Nougat security updates?

I'm not sure you can since this is a cdma phone. We just have to slowly watch our DTEK security status slowly sink lol.

The tool only gives you the latest OS for your specific variant.
