So I got my keyone yesterday and I am absolutely loving it! Got it off ebay for 500 bux complete with tempered glass an an official blackberry case. I do like the case but I feel like this device is so much lighter without it and looks better to. How many of you have no case on your keyone?
I very rarely drop or scuff my BlackBerry's, but the idea that it MIGHT happen, keeps me using a case. Also, I find it easier to hold with a case. The KEYone is a slippery bugger.
I got mine last week, already dropped it once from my hand level to the ground, 2nd time the back cover popped out a little bit and was very hard to put it back. finally got my BlackBerry OEM hard shell case and now I feel safe. This has to be the most slippery phone I ever owned and because it's heavy it makes it even easier to fall out of your hand.
Ringker case during the week and OEM pouch on the weekends.
So I take my case off and what happens? I drop the phone lol. Luckily no screen damage just a small nick at the top left corner barely noticeable. Lesson learned never taking this case off again!

No...Next time use more caution when removing the case. Maybe over a table.

Lol it wasn't when I was taking the case off. I took it off then I went to the kitchen. And I put the phone in sweater pocket and it just slipped off lol

Seidio belt clip adds grasp to the thing. It covered the convenience key so had to file plastic away. No perfect solution yet, but added grasp improves my single handed type rate at least slightly. Fwiw. It also fits a charging desk cradle without holster removal. Some pocket knife trimming required... Lol. Far from perfect but servicable.
