    My Keyone exhibited behavior like this last year. I took video of it also. No idea what caused it to happen, was working fine and then it wasn't.

    I tried factory resets and different auto loaders. Nothing seemed to work. I figured it was a malfunctioning touch screen.

    It was acting like it was detecting touch input when there was none.

    For some reason, it fixed itself. Haven't had an issue since.

    Not sure if the issue you are describing is the same as what my phone had. If you can post a video that might help.
    Maybe your phone did made a Bluetooth session when you met the topic starter at a coffee shop?
