When I click on a pic or video to delete it, I get a message "SD Card Access..."
When I then try to select SD card and then photos I get "operation failed. The SD card's root directory was not selected."
What do I need to do?

Authorize access to your SD card. While the process is the same for most apps, to visually show you, it would help to know which app you're using or if you're just using the system based file explorer.
Quickpic and Snapseed
The 'root directory' is the outermost folder (first folder). You have to select that, not your 'photos' folder directly. After this the app should figure out where to store/delete content automatically.
I don't see root directory as an option. These are my options.
If this is what you mean as permissions, these all (only 3) seem active for the Blackberry Launcher App???
That screenshot is the folder I'm referring to. Now just click select?
That did it. Thank you!
