    Correct. It has nothing to do with the phone edition - only the phone variant (PRD code).

    I know the first two are on an ancient branch of the OS (which is why there's no locker either), but why it's missing in India, I don't know.

    I think that- devices which got the December update(AAR970) have the scanner feature in the native camera app. Indian devices[BBB100-7 ] were skipped to January there the "Locker and Files were added" . (December patch is missing)
    Would appreciate if one prove me wrong.
