Hi, Could a few of you please help me replicate an issue I escalated to BlackBerry support.

Go to Settings:
Languages & Input >
Keyboard Settings >
BlackBerry Keyboard >
Prediction & Correction >
Word Substitution >
<Your language>
+ (Add a shortcut) like "atm" for "at the moment"
IMPORTANT: Untick "Always use this capitalization"

Back out to save

Restart device

After device has restarted, go to the same settings menu path and open your shortcut.
Is the Capitalization flag still unticked?

The ticks come back. I noticed this morning that it wasn't working correctly, but I thought it was me forgetting to untick it.

Hopefully this bug gets squashed soon.

For those wondering on this. BlackBerry support got back to me:

Our development team is already aware of this capitalization bug and as soon as possible a fix will be made and pushed out to the KEYone devices through a system update. Please note that we cannot provide any estimated time of arrival for any kind of update, as they are completely handled by the Development team and pushed from their end over the air.
