No. 2 x SIM or 1 x SIM + 1 x SD
You can't but there is a way around to piggy back second Sim on SD card so that u get functionality of both Sim as well as SD card. Check this link. This is only applicable for phones with dual Sim and SD card. https://youtu.be/Zz_sLdIzJfM
