My needs for a flip case seem to be not mainstream but I like the PDair leather case. The soft plastic shell that holds the phone is nice, an improvement over the rigid one on their case I bought for my Q10. A little more of my experience with it is here.
Just search for Blackberry KeyOne case on Amazon. Saw one on there.
I have the OEM pocket pouch which has a slot in the back.

I have this too. It's awesome. Had the same for the priv. But the priv did not ha love the screen cutout which I think is better for screen protection.
You can put a clear case on the keyone and use priv pocket case. It works like a charm.
I have this case too. It's decent enough but looks a bit cheap.

I have the OEM Priv case for my KEYone as well (without the cutout for the screen). It can be had for WAY cheaper than the KEYone case. It's been great.
My only complaint using these cases to hold cards is that eventually the slot starts to loosen and cards will fall out. That's just an accident waiting to happen.
Isn't there a sticky thread at the top of the forum for case discussions?
I use holsters, and no one makes quality holsters like BB. Unfortunately as they no long actually build the phones they don't build cases for them. I tried a bunch of holsters for my KEYone and they all broke or fell apart within weeks (best one lasted a couple months, the worst one 3 days) I then tried the PRIV holster. 2± months in and its still working great.
Stillgut or Tetded have nice real leather flip cases with card holders
