I know there were some people who were able to make a more-or-less scientific estimate of the size of the Priv based on renders. Can somebody try to take a stab based on the size of the keyboard, comparing it to other BB keyboards?

I was thinking about the size of the priv unopened. Meaning opened you'd lop of that part of the screen. Something like that anyways. With those colors, I can see chicks all over with those.

Damn, if the images are similar to what the Vienna will actually be, that thing will be pretty damn thick to today's standards. Hopefully packing some punch in that case... 10,000 mAh battery, anyone?

I have to say, BB are absolutely knocking it out of the park for me at the minute.

The Priv, (whilst needing some software updates as it's still so new), is a great device but this looks like something else altogether!
    It looks amazing.

This is what BB should be doing. Producing devices like this that are Classic BB and giving people choice. All we need now is a full touch Android (not that I'm interested in that) and they have the perfect Android trio for people to choose from.
Plus some more shelf space in phone shops.

I just need a release date and unveil and SOON! They have momentum at the minute so they need to keep pounding these devices out.

My take on size comparison. I think it could be realistic. I'm really excited today. Can anyone estimate the screen size based on the keyboard size?-blackberry-classic-black-450x350.png

I would have wished for a smaller device....Classic at most. But I can understand BlackBerry, the market wants big phones.

Expanding the picture to get the Classic at 3.5 inches on the diagonal indicates approx 4.25 inch on the Vienna.

Coming from Android and the Galaxy line now with a Passport I never thought I would want a keyboard....sign me up for this phone. I hope the keyboard is like the Classic because the Priv's does not feel right to me.

    my perfect device.
one hand use, no moving part, physical and capacitive keyboard, and all apps.
give it a large battery and 3GB ram, what else do you want?

Well, it would be weird it looks like that : thicker than the Priv while it is not a slider and so big at the end.

I would have expected something the size of the Passport but narrower... So if this size is confirmed, I'm totally disappointed.
If the Vienna aims to be that tall, it would be even worse than the Priv if you think of ergonomics...

Finally it might be a Z10 with a pkb at the bottom. Not sure it is what the market can expect from Blackberry.

The Vienna is rumored to be no taller than a PRIV but narrower.

I've always wondered, what if someone actually posted all the legitimate specs in the forums but just in pieces so people wouldn't notice.

It would be amongst all the other guesses so no one would pay much attention to it.

    Screen: 4.2"

And make sure you can easily scratch the lens cover of the camera. Those scratches can't be seen when taking a pic. LoL

2mp front facing camera and a lens that scratches easy. Why does BlackBerry do things like this. Why?

Classic already has 3.5" Screen. So Vienna shall have bigger then this! 4" or 4.2" will be good!

I really hope it's no bigger than 4.2" because if it's larger, then with the addition of the keyboard it will be taller than the Priv & Leap. Those devices are already quite larger.

Crossing fingers for a 4.0" perfectly between the Passport and Classic.

All the leaks seem to point to a Leap size. If you are curious you could expand the image of the render on your computer until the volume keys are the same size as your BB10 device. That should give you an idea of the renders true size.
