    Hi guys,

Yesterday my KeyOne started acting up, mainly all Google apps (including the Store) were crashing. So, after saving all the savable, I did a Factory Reset.
Now the camera app doesn't work. When I click on it nothing happens, the screen goes black for a second, then back to the background with a grey message "Camera Unavailable".
    Any clue?

    Run the ABY299 June autoloader.

    Thank you conite.
Can you help me navigate how to do that? I've never done it before.

Sorry to bother, but do I have to use some specific software to run the autoloader?
I have a MacBook, not a PC. I also have installed already BlackBerry Link.

    Link is for BB10 - pre-2015.

You should try to get a hold of a Windows machine.

You don't need any extra software.

Ouch that's gonna be difficult... Do you know of any other way to fix the camera that doesn't involve a PC?

You can always try another factory reset. But I think you need a clean load of new software.

Alternatively, you can just install Windows with Boot Camp and delete it when you're done.

Where can I get it? I don't currently have it.

Would the Autoloader run on Windows 7?
