    The camera lense of my KEYone fell off (3d time) and for some reason I can't seem to be able to go to blackberrymobile.com as the site is getting redirected to blackberry.com

    Did anything change? How do I file a claim?

    BBMo website got "hacked" seems to be taking the awhile to figure it out.....

    United States Toll Free: 1-877-644-8410 was the number....

    I was able to locate the toll free # in one of the older claims...new case opened. Ugh!
