I can't get button remapper to direct dial a number no matter what. Im using Nova and when i press a key only the universal search pops up even though i disabled it in BB launcher also! Any ideas?

Try with while using bb launcher, not nova.

bbl already has the shortcuts- then I wouldn't need button mapper. It is only to be able to use keyboard shortcuts with Nova or any other launcher.

This has been discussed in the Nova Launcher thread already. Nova does not support keyboard shortcuts.

You either needs to wait till they release some sort of support or use a key mapper app.

However the key mapper apps I have tried does cause other problems, for eg, you overriding key presses even while typing. Perhaps if you find an app that works, then let us know. I didn't try much and went back to the BlackBerry Launcher
