BUG: Cannot answer phone call if screen is locked and screen is off

Phone is locked and screen is off, when call coming, it is ringing, but screen is still off and no option (notification) to answer the call. After unlocked the phone, still no option/notification to answer the call. It's just ringing but nothing you can do (unless press the On/Off button to decline).

After waited for 1-2 minutes, a missed call shows up in status bar.

Got my K1 for about 7 days, and had about 5+ times with this issue in one week.

How can i report this bug to BB/TCL?

Maybe try the other thread/forum "BlackBerry KeyONE support"? I think BBMo is checking out that thread.

Make sure you don't have anything covering the proximity sensor. Some apps can also keep your screen off. Hopefully you're not running battery saver apps or app killers.

If you have next to nothing on the phone, then get in touch with BlackBerry.

Do try rebooting your phone once in a while.
