    After i updated my one drive app yesterday. My screen showed "Android is starting" I tried restarting a few things but it never went away. I called blackberry support and they had me go thru a few reset starts but it did not go away.

    They asked me to send the phone back to them for repair and obviously i would not have a phone while my phone was away... regardless i did not want to send my phone.

    long story short I deleted the app and the restarted and phone started up and everything works fine now.

    I use my one drive to access files. I want to see if anyone else is experiencing this?

    Mine got updated yesterday too but i dont have any issues.
