I have just changed networks in the UK to BT and have been given BT sports Mobile app for free. The only issue is it doesn't work very well on keyone. I will say it does work sometimes but rarely. I've contacted BT who state that the app is not compatible on blackberry. I've explained that keyone runs on android platform.

Can anybody provide and help please

I use the BT App to watch MotoGP and normally find that it runs very well over network and WiFi when connected.

What I have found is sometimes if I have not been in the app for a few days it will not start up so I just reboot phone and it works straight away.

So far I am very impressed with the app and the KEYone.

BT sport app worked fine on my Priv and now works fine on my KeyOne and my work Dtek50. only time there issues is when not on 4G or Wi-Fi but that few and far between. I'm on EE so using same signal as you as BT own EE now.
