    I just turned it on 2 hours ago right out of the box and it is stuck in a endless boot mode. anyone have any suggestions?

    Press and HOLD the Power ON button fro 32+ seconds. Ignore the screen and any vibrations or sounds.

    If that fails you can try reloading the OS - see the Sticky subjects above or contact BB Mob at a support number of address also found in the Sticky area. Or return it to seller.
