I believe the €299 is Amazon dumping the KEYone and €263.12 is Amazon deal from damaged packaging. The days of BB hardware selling for cost or below cost from the beginning is over.

There was recently a discussion and I think it was hard or not even possible - even with button/key remapper apps.

It might be possible with the virtual (glass) keyboard if you can load a different keyboard arrangement but not even sure about that.

Even if it's not doable, QWERTZ is pretty close to QWERTY, much closer than AZERTY is. If I had to choose between the 2 and couldn't have QWERTY, I'd take QWERTZ

For anyone using just one phone wouldn't be a problem

It's a problem only if you have to use multiple phones during the day
