Did you set up your phone to use the micro sd card as internal storage (are apps being saved to the card)?

It's supposed to be 64. I know some of that isn't available from the get go, but I'm still confused.

It's the Asus File Manager, I believe. I also have the stock one and the one by Google as well.

This is speculation but for chat apps such as Telegram, depending on how the settings are configured there might be things saved to your SD card. I discovered one of my devices was saving graphics (photos, gifs etc) opened in Telegram to my internal storage. I had forgotten to change the settings on my newer device to avoid having them auto-saved onto the device. This is a different but similar issue.

Ok, seeing that I don't think there is an issue with your SD card, you're just going to need a bigger card or start deleting some files. Bigger issue I see is that you are almost out of internal storage space. Time to clear out caches and remove apps that you don't need or use.

What are you storing in downloads? 133+ seems excessive for it to not be counted under anything else. Looks to me you're hoarding files you don't really need / are not using.

I took a look and it's mostly old PDFs I downloaded.

The SD issue is so strange, I just wonder what's taking up all that extra space. I might reformat it and see what happens.

With the internal space, it seems like I'm always deleting caches and trying to remove apps.

Faulty SD card? Remove it and put it into your computer and take a look at what's on there. But at the same time better start managing your internal storage as well. Let us know what the computer shows.

You could also try using SDMaid Pro to clean things up.
