I was running blackberry password keeper on a new blackberry keyone and I had the first generation that had a screen popup issue. So, last week drop the phone and the screen split. No way to access the data of the phone without the screen and the device have been sent for repair. Is there a way that I can access the password, they were save on the cloud and how would I be able to retrieve the password when I will get back the device?

Can only be done from within the app... if you used the cloud backup option, then the file should be saved in your Google Drive.

Retrieve the password... you either remember it or you don't.

Wondering if you were able to figure out where the back-up file is in Drive? Before the update I could see the file in Drive, now nothing shows up?
