    Hi guys I got a blackberry keyone and it just all of a sudden stopped connecting to network can't figure out why any ideas the picture ism SIM status model bbb100-1 I android version 8.1.0 when I put the SIM card in the phone it detects the SIM card and when try search for network manually it gives me an error

    You have tried to turn the radios back on.....

    If you installed no updates, no apps, made no setting changes.... I'd try a new SIM card.

    Is I have tried my other sim card from other phone and it still looks doesn't work

    Factory unlocked or carrier unlocked? If carrier unlocked, I wonder if something glitched causing it to be carrier locked again.
