I cleaned my phone with a Microfibre cloth and one silver plate of logo pulled off. What can i do?

Hahaha the same thing happen to mine, except I dropped mine instead and the bottom berry popped out. sad, I now don't like looking at the back of my phone. it's a shame because the back is beautiful.

What color is your phone? Silver? I have a skin on my black unit and can't remember if the logo was actually silver or all black on mine.

i have the silver one. @Mercurysilver the silver plate is gone. cant find it. i noticed it 1-2 hours after i cleaned it

Weird. I remember with Priv there was one screen protector company that gave out the little stickers in their packaging. Can't remember the name now... @ToniCipriani had one I believe. Maybe you could buy one of those and get the logos in the package lol.

There are skins available that have the blackberry logo. That's what I did to replace my missing berry.

Out of all my berry's it happens to my beautiful keyone.. Not my Z10 lol sh!t

The only skins I know of for the KEYone are by skinomi, and the back sticker does not have the BB logo

Yes haha but can't find them. Maybe you have a link? I need the stickers. Don't want to send the phone to the repair center which will take 2-3 weeks for this small (but annoying) issue

I had the same issue with my Passport case back in the day. I got sick of gluing them back on and went 'stealth,' taking them all off. I do, however, like the silver logo showing.

Same happened with me. warranty. since this was the third strike i got a new phone. since then it's in a case and protected

I'm sure BB Mobile would fix it, the backs are easy to pop off and replace.
