Am I the only one, who lost some (right now 3 of 7) parts of logo from back side of the phone (these small silver parts)?

I think it happens everytime the temperature was high outside and also the phone was warmer (due to navigation for example)

I can live with it, but I am just curious if there is anybody else who encountered the same problem

On your Keyone? That's weird. I remember I lost three of these bullets on my Res Passport, but that was a totally different material. I don't understand how this could happen on the Keyone.

That happened on my Dtek and BlackBerry said I could send it in but I wanted them to send me a replacement for the time being but they wouldn't

The silver "bullets" are actually the metal back of the BlackBerry KEYone and the rubberized backing of the device covers the entirety of the metal except the cutouts forming the bullets. No little metal pieces can separate from the smartphone.

So, this falling out of the bullets is impossible for the K1?

Based on tackle feel - the top layer is rubber with cutouts and the metal is beneath the rubber layer.

The OP never posted a pic, and the scenario seems physically impossible. Is this a complete hoax, and should we ask that it be removed?

The bullets on the KEYone are plated plastic with adhesive to hold them in the recesses. The fact that they're recessed doesn't mean they're part of the back plate. It's far less expensive in manufacturing to rubber coat the back plate and adhere the bullets later than to create a mask during the rubber application process. The rubber is sprayed on like paint and cured under heat to vulcanize it to the substrate.

If it were masked off as you're suggesting then it would create multiple edges where the coating could start peeling. Instead, the rubber can be applied as one layer and the bullets sit down inside. The recess helps mechanically retain them.

It's easy to prove. Take an X-Acto knife to one of your bullets and pry it up.

From the BB10 generation and beyond, the Q10 and Z30 had aluminum bullets that were molded as part of the back covers. Most other models had applied bullets.

While I'm not taking either side in this highly controversial issue, I will say this:

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS IMPOSSIBLE.
IT'S JUST A MATTER OF FIGURING OUT HOW!!

Interesting theory, but as you can see in the photo, or using a toothpick, the back has cutouts. You can also check disassembly videos. The back snaps on, not sprayed on.

The back is a separate plate. I never suggested otherwise. The rubber coating is sprayed onto the back plate. I said "back plate" multiple times. LOL

Like I mentioned above, take an X-Acto knife to your bullets and pry one out. Don't just take my word for it.

How many rubber-backed BB devices have we had with bullets that fell out? It's not like this is a new manufacturing practice.

KEYone bullets enhanced to show detail. You can clearly see misalignment and gaps from the individual pieces, especially in the upper left.

Check out how crooked the top left is though. If it were just a shadow, all seven would have the same shadow.

X-Acto it and prove me wrong... or right. LOL

lol. I'm actually surprised he didn't try to pry one out. He scratched over one but it didn't budge because of the recess. The adhesive is good but as we've seen with the displays, it's not perfect.

Speaking of which, why is it generally accepted that early displays will self-eject but the bullets are assumed to be permanent? That's... umm... kinda funny.

I wouldn't be surprised whatever part falls off, but expect most to continue withstanding the test of time.
