I have changed my loud speaker and the phone still only vibrates. I have checked everything, I have even reset my device three times. I still have no media volume, no ringer. When I make calls they are perfectly fine, I just can't put them on speaker phone. I have also put in the ear buds and pulled them out to see if that will work and still nothing. When I use my Bluetooth, I can hear the message, ringer, media, and my calls are still good. What is the problem, someone help please!

if you soldered in a new speaker and still have no sound, then it might be a defect in the amplifier circuit.

may I assume you checked the 3.5mm headphone jack to see I'd there's dirt in it causing the switch shutting off the phone speakers is stuck ?? Buy a can of compressed air...
