Hi, I have been residing in Turkey. My operator provides Turkcell and volte service. My device is a blackberry keyone. My phone model is BBB100-2. I hope I have given enough information

Not sure how many active users we have from Turkey that are using Turkcell......

I'd do some local searches to see if other Android users are able to use VoLTE on Turkcell. And if so, maybe what they needed to make it work.
