    That's still Marshmallow, right?
Yes. If it doesn't get the latest software which adds more layers of security, then it's done. I want split screen. But it looks like I need a whole new phone for that. And who is to say this time next year thkeyone will be stuck on android Oreo while everyone else has android q

I bought my KeyOne unlocked from Amazon and brought it to AT&T. While I was traveling overseas it began to hang on the bootup screen with the Android Bot holding the shield over the BlackBerry title. So I followed the directions in the first post to load AAK399. That was easy enough and the phone starts up fully now. But I noticed that I don't have the System Update option anymore, neither below nor within the About Phone option in Settings. Is this because I used Autoloader? Can I no longer receive OTA updates?

There's an "Updates" app in the app drawer.

Oh man, I feel silly, thanks thurask. That was nowhere mentioned in my searching about updates and I was so used to finding it under Settings... strange that they moved it out.

There's probably not going to be more autoloaders in this thread, since TCL has changed their delivery mechanism to something that's kind of like a mix between BB10 and BB Android: https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...e-tool-1117513

That said, in order to produce autoloaders for all devices one would need a "template" autoloader (either from TCL's update tool or from reverse engineering their update API) and a modified flashing script that can discriminate between KEYone variants based on required radio and OEM partitions.

What do you mean? BlackBerry Mobile has its own method of delivering updates. People are just trying to figure out how it works under the hood.

    AAK879 (April 2017 update)
    AAL093 (April 2017 update)
But i received the same reply for each "Loader is not valid for this device, the device product detected is device:=."
In bootloader menu of the phone i read "mode: product" what would mean?

Can you run from fastboot "fastboot oem info" and post results? worst case you can remove the checks from flashall.bat or just run the oem wipe and other loading commands from fastboot one by one.

    So you have a non-carrier BBB100-2, then.

You are completely sure you're in fastboot, right? Does it look like this: https://i.imgur.com/LNYRbr1.jpg

If you want, this is a modified flashing script for Windows that bypasses the fastboot checks and will only work on a non-carrier BBB100-2: https://pastebin.com/9ZFiL66c

Save the above as flashall.bat in the unzipped AAN355 autoloader directory (I think you mentioned you downloaded it already in another thread) and run it.

My BBhub on my keyone is a bit laggy - So I was thinking of running a fresh build with an autoloader. My build is the AAM625 (Telus - Canada). I don't see it listed in OP, can someone give me a bit of direction as to where to find the appropriate loader for this?

Do you have the mobile update tool link? If you install and run this it should wipe and re-install the latest firmware available for your device. https://mega.nz/#!uM1FCZKb!sgf-kGMor...W_I_vjCqRfzn5k

    Yes and no.

There won't be any autoloaders just sitting on a page like there are for the Priv or DTEKs, and reloading the OS is now achieved through TCL's desktop tool, but autoloaders can still be made provided we can get the file the desktop tool downloads, or we can make some breakthroughs in trying to reverse engineer the download process the desktop tool uses.
