Just a quick tip. Although I enjoyed BlackBerry Hub Services I do think it's better to just disable them completely. Just like I did with all Google things.

The reason is clear. I don't want to be tracked, analysed or data minded in ANY way.

The perfect replacement for Email, Tasks, Notes and stuff is Nine:
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...inefolders.hd3

BlackBerry Devices Search was very handy, but slow. A faster, more lightweight solution is Fast Finder:
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...nim.fastfinder

Both apps don't track you (you can opt out from Analytics in Nine) and don't ask for permissions like Location (Shame on you BlackBerry Services).

Now I really enjoy my Google free BlackBerry free BlackBerry KEYone.

Yes, please explain how the Hub is tracking your activity.

And while I certainly understand your concerns, you are trusting the developers of Nine and Fast Finder to not track you. I know they say they do not, but you are taking them at their word. If tracking is a concern, a smartphone is not ideal.

I've tried to disable the Hub twice and use alternatives but the Hub has features I just can't live without. The biggest is search, while the alternatives do have search they don't go as back as far as I need. I'm surprised the alternatives aren't as good but I don't see myself disabling the Hub again to find out.
