So with the Black KEYone in the hands of a few people already, what the verdict?
Does the 4GB vs 3GB, make a difference at all?
Obviously the 64 GB is simply storage.
Any other internal differences anyone call tell?
Thanks in advance

Pretty much no difference... unless you have a LOT of Apps going at one time.
SIMS the big PLUS for some.
The dual SIM capability would be a big deal for me, if it became available in North America.
I have both, cannot feel any difference in performance, actually for the first time experienced on the Black Edition lag on the app drawer in dark mode when opening.
An differences in battery life, considering the black version has slightly different specs?

Wow, lag in the app drawer. How long did this lag last, and exactly what happened?
Launching the app drawer would take longer than usual, as if it hangs. I switched to light theme, which resolved the issue and then back to dark theme, issue hasn't recurred yet.
how is the vibration on the black edition? is it stronger?
That's indicative of BlackBerry's poor programming of Android apps (BB Launcher in this case). No other launcher has this issue, even on LagBerry KeyONE.
I'd say that was merely a fluke which can easily happen with any device or software. Anyway I use a Dtek50 and never had an issue with the app drawer. Where my device lags sometimes is with starting music with any media player, and especially flipping to the next track with the headset button double press. But that really seems like an Android issue.
Huh??
He's talking about the vibration motor in the phone, cause it's not the KEYone s greatest strength (compared to say an iSlab 7).
It's actually an interesting question if it's a different stronger motor on the Black Edition
yes exactly. I don't feel it in my pockets. I have young daughters and my phone is on vibrate all the time. the dual Sims already has me looking at switching to the black edition. if the vibration motor is stronger it would seal the deal for me.
Vibration motor critique, that's a new one. Maybe your dress or pants are too loose or just not tight enough? I don't mean to sound arrogant but its not intended to vibrate like a hammer drill.
my wife has a galaxy s8 the motor on that phone is much stronger. it would be nice if it keyone was half as strong. I love the phone. not bashing at all.
You Failed.... as this isn't a new one.

And I remember back what four months now, when some of the first reviews came out, it was pointed out...
Thanks for the links. In a way I'm not surprised to hear of others complaining. You will always find customers critiquing all sorts of things, especially with the K1. I just find it funny that it's about the vibration of all things.
In those threads you linked, there were a few who said the K1 was fine and not as bad as the S6. The threads are only a couple pages each, so it's not like mass people are up in arms about it.
Yeah the vibrate may not be as strong as other phones based on what some said.
This phone is kind of like Trump. If it vibrated really strong people would then complain it's too strong and noisy sitting on a desk. You can't make everyone happy, that's for sure.
