it might be a 2nd batch but it cant be fixed. its only been 2 weeks since they acknowledged the problem. No way they "fixed" issue and shipped stock to US within that time frame.
Would be nice to hear from BBM themselves.
I wouldn't trust any chat rep. those guys just say anything to get you to go away
From the grammar alone I'd say they weren't from a Best Buy but farmed out chat support.
Agreed, I ordered mine beginning of june and got it 2 weeks later. If they pulled the stock...idk I'm skeptical.
