    Does anyone know (aside from calling each store) a way to check in-store availability of the KEYone? With the website listing it as "sold out online" this has apparently prohibited folks from checking store stock as well.

    Quite a fail IMHO.

    There should be a "Shipping: Unavailable" and under that your store, it probably says "Pick Up: Unavailable" but there should be a link underneath that says "Check Nearby Stores" click on that, and most likely it'll say "Not available in any store within 250 miles of zip code xxxxx" lol. Sorry, but most likely true. One BB near me actually has it on DISPLAY... I'm shocked by this, haha.

    Tried all that, it doesn't work nor present me with any options to do what you said. I'm very versed in navigating and know what to try/do.

    The website itself has disabled all those options.

    that is what I see as well, whereas before it did have the check stores option. To me that seems like they dont' have any, and don't have any plans to get any at the moment

    And yet I went to a store yesterday that said they had just sold moments before their last 2. So there are stores with inventory which we are now unable to check because of this...

    Has anyone gotten their June 2 and or June 3 notifications to pick up in store? I'm guessing there will be a few in store cancelations. When I went to pick mine up in nyc, there was another one next to it in the cage. I asked about if it gets canceled, what happens and he said it would be returned to the online queue not sold in the store. I picked up a 2nd one for my girlfriend at a far store and he said the phone got transferred in from another store.

    As for the Web page, that's frustrating they've turned to the notification page and no additional updated info.

    I signed up for updates and have called the 800 number every day for them to check stock. Including yesterday morning....

    I was at the mall yesterday and just took and shot, walked into best buy mobile and asked if they could check the stock...looked it up and one store a couple hours away had one device. Paid for it and picking it up today. Hope it's still there when I get there.

    Seems like going into a store and asking for them to check the internal system is the best route.

    I know they say it's the same on the phone and online, but yesterday's experience says otherwise.

    I went to a Best Buy Mobile site at the mall and they checked their system. They initially just checked the regular website, although I told them i had already checked it.

    Then she logged into some inventory system and checked and they had none anywhere she could see

    Inventory check is definitely what they need to do.

    Sales rep was a little arrogant so I challenged him a bit so he would do everything possible to find one if they had it to prove me wrong.

    He was able to see the store's sales (BB in Orlando at Millenia) and how many came in, and were sold since day 1.

    Just picked it up. Long drive so haven't opened it yet on my way back home.
